No-Show / Cancellation / Missing Paperwork Policy

To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please note the following:

No-Show / Cancellation Policy: If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 2 hours before your appointment time, your $49 deposit will be charged as a no-show fee.
Incomplete Paperwork: Appointments with incomplete paperwork at least 4 hours before the scheduled time will be canceled, and your $49 deposit will be processed as a cancellation fee unless other arrangement has been made/communicated with us.
