Medicare New Patient Appointment Request

What to expect

The $49 is a deposit to hold your appointment, but is not the full cost of your first visit.

Medicare does not allow us to discount care for its members and they do not cover exams, x-rays, or therapies.

Below are the expected/possible costs for your first visit:

1st visit: Consultation + examination: $100 - $145 depending on complexity

Digital x-rays (if needed): $55 per region

Decompression (if needed): $50

2nd visit: Doctor's report of findings: Included with consultation + exam cost
