No-Show / Cancellation / Missing Paperwork Policy

To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please note the following:

  • No-Show / Cancellation Policy: If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 4 hours before your appointment time, you will not be able to rebook without a deposit.

  • Incomplete Paperwork: Appointments with incomplete paperwork at least 4 hours before the scheduled time will be canceled, and a deposit will be required to rebook.

  • Unconfirmed Appointments: If we are unable to reach you to confirm your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, your appointment is subject to cancellation and a deposit will be required to rebook.
